FAQ
The free trial consists of 3 simple steps:
1. Choose the website you wish to test our Hosting service on;
2. Approve our use of data solely for the purpose of the free trial for a duration of 30 days;
3. We clone the website you have chosen into our servers and provide you with the link where you can test performance throughout the trial period lasting 30 days.
We perform a test using Google PageSpeed at the beginning and end of the trial period so that you can verify the improvement in site performance.
You can choose between these options:
1) We provide you with a package including the files and the database dump of the site;
2) You install the free plugin “Prime Mover” and share the final package with us;
3) We provide you with access to your Hosting (files and db) and we take care of performing the cloning.
At the end of our 30-day service trial period You are not bound in any way. We will remove the duplicate site from our servers without charging you any fee.
Each of our servers has at least 64 CPU and 128GB of RAM, and NvME disks (for sites) and SSD (for backups), with resources dedicated to individual agencies according to needs. Additionally, we ensure that no more than 250 websites are hosted on each server to maintain the highest level of service quality.
Not mandatory but we suggest you to use at least our NS: in this way, in case of temporary technical issues with our infrastructure, IP address changes or scheduled technical interventions (e.g. web-server reinstallation) you will have no type of downtime.
You can purchase domains with Hosting4Agency directly from the panel at a convenient price, and they will be available within 1 hour including DNS.
The costs are very contained (10€ to register .it domains, 15€ to register .com domains).

Every Hosting 4 Agency Plan includes: 1 hour per year of dedicated technical support for each website and the installation of the software we use to optimize performance to the maximum.
Yes, our servers are all in Europe and are compliant and up-to-date with Privacy and Data Storage regulations. Our staff operates in accordance with these regulations, and backup processes are automated.
To all our customers, we offer only professional software and plugins and without additional costs to optimize the performance of all websites included in our plans to the maximum. Here is a list:
- WPML (professional multilingual management plugin)
- Import / Export Pro
- ShortPixel (professional image optimizer and compressor)
- WP Rocket (for managing caching/performance/pre-loader of sites)
- WPBakery Page Builder
Unless different arrangements are agreed upon to start the service, billing is trimestral with advance payment.
The contractual commitment remains annual.
We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal.
Yes, every site always has its TLS certificate automatically generated with Let’s Encrypt. We plan to offer the option to install custom customer-provided certificates on-demand.
All our customers include in the service a staging area where to develop websites without server-side caching systems and with an automatic indexing block that can be used for developing their own sites. There is a specific function to publish websites by copying them in fact into the production area also changing the URL during the process.

Migration is always included in our Hosting Plans. We will ask you to provide all the necessary tools to minimize technical intervention times.
In the case of particular needs, we study the case and quote as a ‘Custom Setup Service‘ the hours necessary for creating a custom configuration.

You can open Tickets by clicking on the “I am already a customer” button on Home Page asking us to take care of:
– registering new domains;
– creating new email boxes;
– creating FTP access;

We exclusively use Linux. We prefer Debian, except for our containerized services for which we use Alpine, a highly compact distribution designed to optimize performance to the maximum.
We use PHP 8.3 and are attentive to all updates in order to keep our service secure and up-to-date. Upon request, we install specific versions on-demand, for example, some clients have asked for a temporary backward compatibility with PHP 7.4.
We currently run MariaDB 10.6.x and are attentive to all updates, giving particular attention to security hotfixes. Upon request, we install specific versions on-demand.
Our panel allows you to manage backups autonomously. By default We perform a full backup weekly and a differential backup daily, but these configurations can be changed in the control panel of individual domains.
